Playful, intentional, & inspiring all at the same time!

I have tried several nature unit studies over the years, and most of them fell short in some way. They were either WAY too much work for me as the parent, or my kids thought they were boring and got burnt out quickly.

The Abiding Wild unit studies are so thoughtfully done. Each unit has the perfect blend of information, entertainment, humor, and faith-based encouragement woven throughout naturally. It keeps my kiddos engaged without feeling overwhelming, and that balance is hard to find.

One thing I especially appreciate is that the information does not feel repetitive like many other unit studies I have used. I genuinely learn something new right alongside my kids every time!

The mothers behind Abiding Wild poured their hearts into this curriculum. Their love for nature, science, teaching, and the Lord truly shines through in every part of it. It feels playful, intentional, and inspiring all at the same time.

Honestly, it has been one of the best additions to our homeschool.

      Fun, engaging, and high quality!

I just completed this lesson with my four youngest kids (ages 3,4,6,and 10). My 10-yr-old has recently completed a zoology course, so she was able to review some information and expand her knowledge of dragonflies and damselflies. I love that this lesson is easy, but it also has substantial information. The videos linked were excellent and very fun to watch. My kids laughed a lot at the frog trying to catch the dragonfly! I appreciated the scripture focus, too. All in all, an excellent resource, and I would purchase more if they aligned with our needs! I'd love to have one about chickens or how plants grow. Thank you for this great item!

      So interesting!!

My kids and I (ages 9 & 6) just finished our dragonfly and damselfly course. We thought it was super interesting and filled with a lot of new information that we haven't learned before. We think it's so cool how they start in the water and for how long! We also loved the little captions with humor and the hilarious video with the frogs. We have a list of the ones we'd like to look into next! we appreciate all the work that went into this, and I feel like this will absolutely be a valuable source for us when it comes to science.

      I am obsessed

I am totally obsessed with this Dragonfly and Damselfly lesson! My kiddos aged 6 and 4 love insects so we have been learning about them their whole lives. BUT this lesson took things to the next level! The pictures are beautiful, the wording is understandable AND mentioned facts we did not already know! My kids are obsessed also and want to learn more! I think the dinosaur lessons look right up our alley!
