SHIPPING + REFUND POLICY
Digital Downloads
All digital items purchased through our store will be delivered electronically via the email address you used to checkout. If you have trouble finding your download, you can contact us at hello@abidingwild.com.
Digital downloads available through our Monthly Membership packages are available to members behind the Member paywall.
Merchandise
All merch (t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, etc.) are made to order, and may ship separately from other items in your order. Any questions about your order can be emailed to hello@abidingwild.com
If you’re not satisfied with a physical item (such as books, or merchandise) purchased from our store, we accept returns within 30-days of order date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@abidingwild.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on memberships, digital downloads, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
