New to Homeschooling? Here Are Some of Our Favorite Things
When we first started homeschooling, I had no idea what we actually needed. I wanted our space to feel cozy and inspiring—but also functional for the rhythm of our days. Over time, we’ve found a few favorites that have really helped us find our groove, and fall is the perfect time to stock up!
One of the best things we did early on was set up a small homeschool space—just a corner with shelves, art supplies within reach in a caddy, some learning posters on the wall, and a rolling cart for books, art, and manipulative supplies. It didn’t need to be Pinterest-perfect, just organized enough to make learning feel peaceful and inviting. We use it for everything from quiet reading to game-schooling afternoons (Trekking the World, anyone?).
